Good morning dear friends,

A day of relax… Today, after a busy week, I just want finally a bit of peace and free my mind, away from stress!

I need to cuddle and dedicate a little to myself! I love to take care of me, how could I not? The small daily gestures make me feel good and I never neglect them, but sometimes need something more than the usual routine, because we deserve it , it’s nice to dedicate some time to ourselves, that gives us a lot of energy and recharges the batteries! So girls are you waiting for ? ” Free your mind “, the motto of today contains just that message, stop , relax and give free rein to the imagination, indulge in anything that you like, devote yourself to your passions, cook, read, take a bubble bath… Enjoy and pamper yourself as much as possible!

And I ? ? Well, here it is raining , it is cold , the city is grim… I feel goose bumps thinking about go outside, so I do not go out today even by accident and I’ll laze at home among many plesuse… Coca cola, couch, a good book and a lot of tasty ideas… I have already planned a beautiful mask with fresh honey, aloe gel and clay, many coconut biscuits made by me and a take away dinner that will hand me over my friend!

The outfit today will be super comfortable but also trendy for a dinner with friends!

Buon dì carissimi,

Una giornata all’insegna del relax… Oggi ci voleva proprio, dopo una settimana intensa, finalmente un po’ di pace e posso liberare la mia mente, lontano dallo stress!

Ho bisogno di coccolarmi e dedicarmi un po’ a me stessa! Amo prendermi cura di me e come non potrei, i piccoli gesti quotidiani mi fanno stare bene e non li trascuro mai, ma a volte serve qualcosa di più della solita routine, perché ce lo meritiamo, è bello dedicarsi del tempo, ci regala tanta energia e ricarica le batterie! Allora ragazze che aspettate? “Free your mind“, il motto di oggi racchiude proprio questo messaggio, fermatevi, rilassatevi e date libero sfogo alla fantasia concedetevi tutto ciò che più vi piace, dedicatevi alle vostre passioni, cucinate, leggete, fatevi un bagno schiumoso… Sbizzarritevi e coccolatevi a più non posso!!!

E io ??? Bhè qui piove, fa freddo, la città è cupa… solo a dirlo mi vien la pelle d’oca, oggi non esco neanche per sbaglio e ozierò a casa tra tanti vizi… Coca cola, divano, un buon libro e tante idee golose… Ho già in programma una bella maschera fresca con miele, gel d’aloe e argilla, tanti biscotti al cocco fatti da me e una cena take away che mi porterà un’amica! L’outfit di oggi sarà super confortevole ma anche trendy per una cenetta in compagnia!
