March Pills

Good morning world! Here I am, after a little holiday between Veneto and Trentino, I’m back to everyday life, home sweet home! The carnival is now behind us, the snow begins to melt and the upcoming holidays are far away but here is a spring air and finally even March is back to bring a breath of fresh air!

March crazy and dreamer, born under the sign of Pisces, is a pill of vitality and energy, is the month of pampering under a gentle sun, butterflies on flowers, rainbow and mimosa, with him the world reborn… No coincidence that the name derives from Mars, god of war, in fact, in March the Romans resumed the war activities after the winter. Buon giorno mondo!! Eccomi qui, dopo un po’ di vacanza tra Veneto e Trentino, sono tornata anch’io alla vita di tutti i giorni, casa dolce casa! Il carnevale ormai è alle spalle, la neve comincia a sciogliersi e le prossime vacanze sono lontane ma qui si respira aria primaverile e finalmente è tornato anche marzo a portare una ventata di freschezza!

Marzo, pazzerello e sognatore, nato sotto il segno dei Pesci, è una pillola di vitalità ed energia, è il mese delle coccole di un sole delicato, delle farfalle sui fiori, dell’arcobaleno e della mimosa, con lui il mondo rinasce… Non a caso il suo nome deriva da Marte, dio della guerra, infatti con i primi caldi di marzo i romani riprendevano le attività belliche dopo il letargo invernale. Lasciamo i romani alla guerra… Eccovi le pillole del mese XD

IT La primavera arriva in cucina con i suoi colori e profumi, pere, limoni, avocado, lime, pompelmo, arance… In quanto a verdure nulla di nuovo, ma vi consiglio di provare gli agretti o “barba di frate” ricchi di vitamine e dal sapore delicato, simile agli spinaci.
